A place to come just as you are. Cross over an invisible threshold leaving behind your daily roles and responsibilities and just BE.
No pretenses or performances.
Rest in a space held just for you - to breathe, to listen, to share stories, to connect, and to align with the wisdom that naturally arises when women come together.
what is a circle?
A Circle is a group of women who come together in person or online for 1 to 2 hours to connect, listen, share stories and be in community.
The Circle is facilitated by Aby Ryan, a certified Women's Circle facilitator trained in a simple format that holds space for inner reflection, meditation, shared stories, silence, and heart connection.
Gently guided, you are invited to cross over an invisible threshold into a space of listening, reflection, authentic sharing. There is no advice giving, cross talk, no striving for an outcome. There are no goals or place to arrive, just an invitation to open your heart, be present, and allow the Circle to work it's magic.

IN HER TRIBE Circle Series
Inspired by Danielle Doby's book, I AM HER TRIBE, I invite you to join me for an intimate cohort (8 or less) of women for an series online circles facilitated and designed around Danielle's powerful poems.
6 Sundays: January 11, February 1, February 22, March 15, April 19, May 3
75 minute sessions
5pm PST, 8pm EST
Our gatherings will be simple yet profoundly impactful. We'll begin with a grounding meditation, followed by a poem, a reflective question and journaling. We'll then open the circle for sharing and deep, authentic listening and conversation.
Commit to a season of small changes with profound meaning. 8 women, 6 circles, 5 months. A beautiful new tribe.

I experienced at a recent Women's Retreat very moving and spiritual opening, middle and closing ceremonies. They were Circles of Women led by Aby Ryan, and they created a sacred space from the beginning to the end of the retreat. From the beginning circle with the use of a sound bowl, sage, many candles and a chant, to the end with the sound bowl, one significant candle and the use of powerful words and affirmations, Aby took us to a place we could focus and create where we needed to be. We all felt both relaxed and powerful to move toward and away from our retreat.
