Join me in Circle online the first Monday of each month to begin our week rooted into yourself, nurturing and connecting deeply with the parts of you that are longing to be heard. We will begin with a guided meditation, an opportunity to listen deeply to what emerges within you; followed by an invitation to speak what comes across your heart while being gently witnessed. Be gently held in a space with women and see what wisdom unfolds together in circle. Facilitated by Aby Ryan. Space limited.

Go below the surface and listen carefully to yourself, to the women. Share what comes across your heart or simply rest in silence. Listen to the stories, the one next to you, the one across from you - and remember our connection to each other, to our humanity.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend this month, simply email the above address and we can either donate your seat or pause your seat until next month. 24hrs notice must be given.
